SIPs: Thermal Bridging Explained.

Thermal bridges are weak spots where heat slips in or out of a home, often at junctions like wall-to-roof, internal corners or foundation connections. They can cause temperature swings, condensation and even mould.

Our SIPs House designs solve this by carefully minimising or eliminating thermal bridges altogether.

Using SIPs, every junction is thoughtfully detailed, and we give meticulous attention to these critical areas.

We also use Lignotec Nails of Wood in the construction of our buildings. We could possibly use up to five thousand nails in a typical build. Inaddittion to prevent thermal bridging, 100% of the material can be recycled at the end of life cycle.  No Land fill !

The result? A consistently comfortable indoor temperature, regardless of the weather outside along with a healthier, more durable home.
