Today we commenced delivery and installation of a One Bedrom Modular Cabin at Palmerstown Woods, Dublin.
This is a typical cabin which we install in back gardens in the city.
The scope of our work was to prepare ground and foundations, connect utility services, install cabin and hand over the keys.
The day started with loading the cabin at our factory in Leitrim and travelling 3 hours to Palmerstown Woods.
There we had a crane set up, supplied by Kavanagh Crane Hire. The process involved lifting the cabin and delivering to pre prepared site at the rear of customer home.
On completion of this task we then proceeded with connection water and electric.
Installing the kitchen, chosen by the customer, was next and so, in a 24 hour turnaround, the cabin is ready for use.
Complete with kitchen/living area, bedroom and en suite. Insilated floor, walls and roof and double glazed Pvc joinery.
This cabin measures 21 m2 and was specifically built to suit the location.
Complete with a 10 year guarantee, this cabin will provide a home for decades ahead.
